What GridRunGP Is
GridRunGP is a recreational, virtual running platform that uses activity data to create themed challenges, leaderboards, and visualizations inspired by motorsport events. Activity data may be recorded directly within GridRunGP or connected through supported third-party fitness platforms.
GridRunGP is designed for motivation, fun, and community engagement only.
GridRunGP is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any motorsport organization, Strava, Inc., or any other third-party fitness platform.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use GridRunGP. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Activity Recording & Data Sources
GridRunGP supports multiple activity data sources, including:
GridRunGP Run Recorder – a first-party run recording feature built into the GridRunGP app
Connected Fitness Platforms – third-party services you choose to connect through the GridRunGP Connections section
You are responsible for ensuring that your recorded activities are accurate and represent genuine physical activity.
GridRunGP may apply validation, filtering, or verification logic to activities from any source to ensure fair participation.
Connections to Third-Party Services
GridRunGP may allow you to connect external fitness platforms (such as Strava) using their official authorization methods.
When you connect a third-party service:
• You grant GridRunGP permission to access limited activity data as required to power challenges, summaries, and leaderboards
• The specific data accessed depends on the permissions you approve during authorization
• You may revoke access at any time through the Connections section of GridRunGP or the third-party platform's account settings
Third-party services operate independently and are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Data Use and Privacy
GridRunGP uses activity data solely to:
• Track challenge participation and progress
• Calculate leaderboards and summaries
• Power visualizations and personal insights within the app
GridRunGP does not sell user data, display precise GPS coordinates publicly, or use activity data for advertising purposes.

User Conduct
You agree to:
• Use GridRunGP only for lawful, recreational purposes
• Record and submit only genuine activities
• Not manipulate, falsify, or exploit activity data

GridRunGP reserves the right to remove activities, leaderboard entries, or accounts that violate these terms or undermine fair participation.
Leaderboards and Results
All leaderboards, rankings, and challenge results are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only.
Results may be recalculated, adjusted, or removed due to:
• Data errors
• Verification issues
• Changes to validation logic
• Service updates
GridRunGP makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or permanence of results.
Service Availability
GridRunGP is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.
Features may change, pause, or be discontinued at any time without notice. GridRunGP does not guarantee uninterrupted access or permanent availability of historical data.
Health and Safety Disclaimer
GridRunGP does not provide medical advice.
Participation in running or fitness activities involves inherent risks. You are solely responsible for your health, safety, and physical condition. Consult a qualified professional before beginning any fitness program.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GridRunGP shall not be liable for any injuries, losses, damages, or claims arising from:
• Use of the service
• Participation in challenges
• Recorded or connected activity data
• Reliance on displayed results or summaries
Intellectual Property
All GridRunGP content, including branding, visuals, designs, and original code, is owned by GridRunGP unless otherwise stated.
Third-party trademarks and logos remain the property of their respective owners.
